The workshop combines focused lectures delivered by well-known international experts with interactive hands-on scanning sessions.

Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in evaluating first trimester scans, fetal anatomy, growth restriction, Doppler assessment, cervical length measurement, fetal interventions,
and managing complex obstetric scenarios with imaging.

Key Features

High-yield lectures covering advanced obstetric imaging

Hands-on ultrasound scanning under expert supervision

Case-based discussions with real clinical scenarios

Certificate of participation

State-of-the-art ultrasound equipment

Learning Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasound assessments, including fetal biometry, anatomical surveys, and Doppler studies.

Apply best practices in first trimester ultrasound, including early pregnancy viability, dating, and early anomaly detection.

Recognize sonographic signs of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage, and understand the clinical management pathways for each.

Assess fetal growth and placental function using Doppler velocimetry, with a focus on IUGR evaluation.

Evaluate cervical length and uterine artery Doppler for risk stratification of preterm birth and preeclampsia.

Perform targeted imaging for fetal cardiac and CNS screening, using standardized imaging planes and interpretation criteria.

Identify ultrasound features suggestive of morbidly adherent placenta (MAP) and understand implications for delivery planning.

Understand the role of ultrasound in guiding fetal interventions, including intrauterine procedures and multidisciplinary planning.

Integrate ultrasound findings into evidence-based clinical decision-making in complex obstetric scenarios.
